The Sachsen LB, Leipzig, Germany, has informed us in accordance with § 21
section 1a WpHG, that her share percentage in our corporation on March 26,
2007, the date of the initial listing of the shares, is 20,63 % (546.098
shares). Of those, 20,63% (546.098 shares) must be attributed to her in
accordance with § 22 section 1 clause 1 no. 1 WpHG.
In this, attributed shares are held by the following corporations, the
share percentage of which in the VITA 34 International AG is 3 % or more
respectively, and which are controlled by her:
- Sachsen LB Corporate Finance Holding GmbH,
- SBF Sächsische Beteiligungsfonds GmbH .
SBF Sächsische Beteiligungsfonds GmbH is via the Sachsen LB Corporate
Finance Holding GmbH a indirect subsidiary of the Sachsen LB.
The Sachsen Finanzgruppe, Leipzig, Germany, has informed us in accordance
with § 21 section 1a WpHG, that her share percentage in our corporation on
March 26, 2007, the date of the initial listing of the shares, is 20,63 %
(546.098 shares). Of those, 20,63% (546.098 shares) must be attributed to
her in accordance with § 22 section 1 clause 1 no. 1 WpHG.
Attributed shares are held indirect by Landesbank Sachsen Girozentrale
Anstalt des öffentlichen Rechts, Leipzig, which are indirect held by
Sachsen LB Corporate Finance Holding GmbH, Leipzig, which are partly
indirect held by the Sächsische Beteiligungsfonds GmbH, Leipzig, whose
share percentage of which in the VITA 34 International AG is (indirect or
direct) 3 % or more.
The SBF Sächsische Beteiligungsfonds GmbH Leipzig, Germany, has informed us
in accordance with § 21 section 1a WpHG, that her share percentage in our
corporation on March 26, 2007, the date of the initial listing of the
shares, is 8,57 % (226.719 shares).
The Sachsen LB Corporate Finance Holding GmbH Leipzig, Germany, has
informed us in accordance with § 21 section 1a WpHG, that her share
percentage in our corporation on March 26, 2007, the date of the initial
listing of the shares, is 20,63 % (546.098 shares). Of those, 8,57%
(226.719 shares) must be attributed to her in accordance with § 22 section
1 clause 1 no. 1 WpHG.
In this, attributed shares are held by the following corporation, the share
percentage of which in the Vita 34 International AG is 3 % or more
respectively, and which are controlled by her : SBF Sächsische
Beteiligungsfonds GmbH .
