Dr. Alexander Granderath – Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Alexander Granderath is an independent management consultant and investor and has more than 20 years of management experience in international corporations. After studying physics in Cologne, he began his career at EC Erdölchemie GmbH, a subsidiary of Bayer AG and BP. After various positions he became managing director of AEG NTG and headed the integration into the General Electric group. He led the European part of the water business and later the dental business of Danaher, a global group. Since 2010 he has headed the German business of ISS A/S, an international service group. Dr. Granderath advises various companies on transformation projects and is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the FP Group since November 2020. He invests in and supports various technology startups.

Florian Schuhbauer – Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Florian Schuhbauer is founding partner of Active Ownership Capital S.à r.l and Active Ownership Corporation S.à r.l. (AOC) and has more than 20 years of relevant experience. He started his career at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson with positions in risk management and equity research. Afterwards he built up Newtron AG, a software company that developed software to optimize strategic sourcing processes, which subsequently has been sold successfully. He then became CFO and Executive Vice President of DHL Global Mail in the US, a subsidiary of Deutsche Post AG. Before founding AOC he was partner at private equity firms General Capital Group and Triton Partners. He serves as Board Member of PNE AG (Germany) since May 2017 and as Board Member of NFON AG (Germany) since December 2019. After the election to the Supervisory Board by the 2020 Annual General Meeting, he was appointed as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Vita 34 AG.

Frank Köhler – Member of the Supervisory Board

Frank Köhler was born in Pforzheim, Germany, in 1964. Mr. Köhler graduated from the University in Stuttgart in 1996 with a degree in technical economics (techn. Dipl.- Kfm.). After his studies, he worked in different management positions in merchandising such as Loriot Design GmbH. In 2000, he joint Aroma Company, a distributor of high-end beauty and perfume products. In 2005, he became co-owner and Director of the company, renamed Aroma Company Köhler, Frank und Weckesser, Frank GbR. Mr. Köhler expanded this business and founded Aroma Beauty and co-founded Aroma Company GmbH in the following years. Both companies are developers of perfume brands and distributors of high-end beauty and perfume products to leading perfumeries and life-style shops throughout Europe. Mr. Köhler is an expert for branding and marketing in the luxury sector. Since 2017, he has also been managing director of the perfume brand HUMIECKI & GRAEF GmbH. He has been member of the Supervisory Board since the establishment of Shop Apotheke Europe N.V. in 2016 and was elected to the Supervisory Board of Vita 34 AG by the 2017 Annual General Meeting.

Andreas Füchsel – Member of the Supervisory Board

Andreas Füchsel is a partner of the international law firm DLA Piper UK LLP and focuses on private equity, mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and capital markets. He has extensive experience with public takeovers and cross-border M&A. Following his studies and post-graduation practical training in Bayreuth, Mr. Füchsel completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) program at the University of Miami, School of Law. Mr. Füchsel is practicing law since 2001 whereby he was seconded to Citigroup (Investment Banking Division) for nine months in 2005. Mr. Füchsel was appointed as member of the Supervisory Board of Vita 34 AG by resolution of the Local Court of Leipzig dated 31 July 2020.

Dr. Ursula Schütze-Kreilkamp – Member of the Supervisory Board

She has a doctorate in medicine, is a specialist in gynecology and midwifery, a specialist in psychological medicine. 14 years she worked as a practicing physician, therapist, coach and supervisor, and also as an assistant lecturer at the Clinical psychology at the University of Cologne. From 2012 to 2018, she was head of human resources and executive development at Deutsche Bahn. As Head of Human Resources Group Executives KFK, OFK 1 in the Strategy Division of Deutsche Bahn is she responsible for the support and development of top executives. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2012, she was with Rewe Group as head of HR and executive development from 2006 to 2012. She built up PE Holding and was significantly involved in the  development of the HRD strategy. She also built up the Executive Development department and the Rewe Campus. From 1992 to 2006 she worked in her own practice and as a docent. In addition, she is a co-founding member of the RHAP state training institute for psychologists and medical professionals.

Nils Herzing– Member of the Supervisory Board

Nils Herzing is an Investment Professional & Partner at Active Ownership Advisors GmbH and has more than 10 years of investment experience. In 2013, he founded the asset management company Frenzel & Herzing Value Investment GmbH together with a partner. In 2017, together with partners, he founded the software company ForkOn GmbH, a company offering a software solution for the optimisation of forklift truck and logistics fleets. Since 2018, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Polski Bank Komórek Macierzystych. Mr Herzing completed undergraduate studies, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and an Msc. In Finance. In addition, he holds the title of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Konrad Miterski – Member of the Supervisory Board

Konrad Miterski graduated from the University of Economy in Katowice in 1996 with a degree in banking and finance and Advanced Management Program organized by IESE Business School. He started his career at ING Bank Śląski with positions in corporate and risk departments. In 2013 he joint Ferrum SA, steel pipes producer, where he became CEO. Since 2020, he has been Vice President and CFO of Herkules SA, one of the largest entities in Central and Eastern Europe, providing services in the field of crane rental. He is the independent member of the Supervisory Boards and audit committees in several companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange including PBKM SA, where he was appointed as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board in 2017.
