1. On 17 May 2010 Novel Pharma, SL, Alcala de Henares (Madrid), Spain, has
informed us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that on 11 May 2010 its stake
in the voting rights in Vita 34 International AG exceeded the threshold of
3 %. On that date Novel Pharma, SL held 3.02 % in relation to all voting
rights in Vita 34 International AG (voting rights arising from 80,000
shares).
3.02 % of all voting rights in Vita 34 International AG (voting rights
arising from 80,000 shares) were attributed to Novel Pharma, SL pursuant to
section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. Attributed shares are held by the
following corporation, of which the stake in the voting rights in the VITA
34 International AG is 3 % or more, and which is controlled by Novel
Pharma, SL: Secuvita, SL.
2. On 18 May 2010 Secuvita, SL, Alcala de Henares (Madrid), Spain, has
informed us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that on 12 May 2010 its stake
in the voting rights in Vita 34 International AG fell below the threshold
of 3 %. On that date Secuvita, SL, held 0.00 % in relation to all voting
rights in Vita 34 International AG (voting rights arising from 0 shares).
3. On 18 May 2010 Novel Pharma, SL, Alcala de Henares (Madrid), Spain, has
informed us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that on 12 May 2010 its stake
in the voting rights in Vita 34 International AG fell below the threshold
of 3 %. On that date Novel Pharma, SL, held 0.00 % in relation to all
voting rights in Vita 34 International AG (voting rights arising from 0
shares).
