Correction of the voting rights announcement of August 29, 2012
Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart, Germany, has informed us in
accordance with Section 21 para. 1 WpHG that the share of voting rights of
Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart, Germany in VITA 34 AG, Deutscher
Platz 5a, 04103 Leipzig, Germany fell below the threshold of 15% on August
21, 2012 and amounts to 13.84% (419,008 voting rights) as of that day. All
voting rights are attributed to it in accordance with Section 22 para. 1
sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
The voting rights attributed to Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart,
Germany are being held by the following companies controlled by it and
holding 3% or more of the voting rights in VITA 34 AG:
* Süd Beteiligungen GmbH
* CFH Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Leipzig
* SBF Sächsische Beteiligungsfonds GmbH, Leipzig
Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart, Germany, has informed us in
accordance with Section 21 para- 1 and Section 24 WpHG, that the share of
voting rights of Süd Beteiligungen GmbH, Stuttgart, Germany in VITA 34 AG,
Deutscher Platz 5a, 04103 Leipzig, Germany fell below the threshold of 15%
on August 21, 2012 and amounts to 13.84% (419,008 voting rights) as of that
day. All voting rights are attributed to Süd Beteiligungen GmbH in
accordance with Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
The voting rights attributed to Süd Beteiligungen GmbH are being held by
the following companies controlled by it and holding 3% or more of the
voting rights in VITA 34 AG :
* CFH Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Leipzig
* SBF Sächsische Beteiligungsfonds GmbH, Leipzig
Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart, Germany, has informed us in
accordance with Section 21 para. 1 and Section 24 WpHG, that the share of
voting rights of CFH Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Leipzig, Germany in VITA
34 AG, Deutscher Platz 5a, 04103 Leipzig, Germany fell below the threshold
of 15% on August 21, 2012 and amounts to 13.84% (419,008 shares) as of that
day. Of these voting rights, 5.84 % (176,893 voting rights) are attributed
to CFH Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH in accordance with Section 22 para. 1
sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
The voting rights attributed to CFH Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH are being
held by the following companies controlled by it and holding 3% or more of
the voting rights in VITA 34 AG:
* SBF Sächsische Beteiligungsfonds GmbH, Leipzig
