Vita 34 AG: Management Board and Supervisory Board Pass Proposal for First
Dividend Payment

Leipzig, March 19, 2015 - The earnings per share at Vita 34 AG (WKN A0BL84)
have increased from EUR 0.28 to EUR 0.36. Because of sustained positive
earnings the Management Board and the Supervisory Board have resolved to
propose to the Annual General Meeting a first dividend payment in the
amount of EUR 0.15 per share.

The Supervisory Board of Vita 34 AG approved the annual report and group
annual report prepared by the Management Board in its Supervisory Board
meeting today. Thus, the annual financial statements are approved in
accordance with § 172 German Stock Corporation Act.

The complete Annual Report 2014 will be published together with a prognosis
for fiscal year 2015 on March 26, 2015.
