VITA 34 International AG, Leipzig, Germany announces pursuant to section 26
(1) sentence 2 WpHG voluntarily that on May 12, 2010 its stake in own
shares exceeded the threshold of 3 % and that on that date its stake in own
shares amounts to 3.02 % (80,000 shares).
These shares (3.02 %, 80,000 shares) are completely held by our affiliates:
Novel Pharma, SL, Alcala des Henares (Madrid), Spain and
Secuvita, SL, Alcala des Henares (Madrid), Spain.
