The Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart, Germany, has informed us in
accordance with § 21 section 1 WpHG, that her share percentage in our
corporation on October 25, 2007, exceeded the thresholds of  3%, 5%, 10%
and 15% and amounts to 16,40 % (434.008 shares) on this day.
Of those, 16,40 % (434.008 shares) must be attributed to her in accordance
with § 22 section 1 clause 1 no. 1 WpHG.

Attributed shares are held indirect by Landesbank Sachsen Girozentrale
Anstalt des öffentlichen Rechts, Leipzig, which are indirect held by
Sachsen LB Corporate Finance Holding GmbH, Leipzig, which are partly
indirect held by the Sächsische Beteiligungsfonds GmbH, Leipzig, whose
share percentage of which in the VITA 34 International AG is (indirect or
direct) 3 % or more.
