On March 31, 2015, the Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart, Germany,
has informed us in accordance with Article 21 Section 1 WpHG, that via
shares its voting rights on Vita 34 AG, Leipzig, Germany, on March 30, 2015
fell below the threshold of 3 % and amounts to 2.16 % (65,375 shares) on
that day.

Of those, 2.16 % (65,375 shares) are attributed to the Landesbank
Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart, Germany, in accordance with § 22 Section 1
Clause 1 No. 1 of the WpHG.

On March 31, 2015, the Süd Beteiligungen GmbH, Stuttgart, Germany, has
informed us in accordance with Article 21 Section 1 WpHG, that via shares
its voting rights on Vita 34 AG, Leipzig, Germany, on March 30, 2015 fell
below the threshold of 3 % and amounts to 2.16 % (65,375 shares) on that
day.

Of those, 2.16 % (65,375 shares) are attributed to the Süd Beteiligungen
GmbH, Stuttgart, Germany, in accordance with § 22 Section 1 Clause 1 No. 1
of the WpHG.

On March 31, 2015, the CFH Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Leipzig, Germany,
has informed us in accordance with Article 21 Section 1 WpHG, that via
shares its voting rights on Vita 34 AG, Leipzig, Germany, on March 30, 2015
fell below the threshold of 3 % and amounts to 2.16 % (65,375 shares) on
that day.

Of those, 0.92 % (27,931 shares) are attributed to CFH
Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Leipzig, Germany, in accordance with § 22
Section 1 Clause 1 No. 1 of the WpHG. 1.24 % (37,444 shares) are held via
CFH Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Leipzig, Germany, directly.
