VITA 34 AG, Leipzig, Germany, herewith voluntarily notifies pursuant to
Section 26 para. 1 sentence 2 German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that it
fell below the threshold of 3 % in treasury shares on 21 August 2012 and
that it held 2.64% (80,000 shares) treasury shares as of that date.
These shares (2.64%, 80,000 shares) are being entirely held via our
subsidiaries:
- Novel Pharma, SL, Madrid, Spain, and 
- Secuvita, SL, Madrid, Spain.
