Vita 34 AG announces preliminary, unaudited results for the fiscal year
2013

Leipzig, 4 March 2014 - Vita 34 AG (WKN A0BL84), the largest private stem
cell bank in the German-speaking countries, announces preliminary,
unaudited results according to the International Reporting Standards (IFRS)
for the fiscal year 2013. For the fiscal year 2013 Vita 34 AG expects to
generate revenue on about the same level of the previous year with 13.6
million Euro (2012: 13.6 million Euro) and earnings before interest, taxes,
depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) of approximately 2.7 million Euro
(2012: 0.4 million Euro) and thus exceeds the estimation published on 24
October 2013.
